By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided
We offer IT support for homes and small businesses, including computer and laptop repairs, Wi-Fi and networking setup, data backup, cloud configuration, cybersecurity, and general maintenance.
Services may be provided on-site, remotely, or by phone. Availability may vary depending on workload and location.
3. Bookings & Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, email, or phone.
Bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
Remote sessions require a stable internet connection; we cannot be responsible for connection issues outside our control.
We aim to arrive promptly for on-site visits, but timings may vary due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are clearly stated on our website and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept card, cash, or bank transfer payments through Wix Payments, PayPal, or direct invoice.
Any additional time or hardware required during a job will be discussed and approved before being charged.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice may incur a £20 call-out charge.
RebootX.net reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of illness, emergencies, or technical issues, with notice provided as soon as possible.
6. Warranty & Liability
All services are provided with reasonable skill and care.
We cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved, particularly where hardware is damaged or software corruption is severe.
While every precaution is taken, we are not liable for any data loss, equipment damage, or indirect losses arising from the use of our services.
It is your responsibility to maintain up-to-date backups of your data before any repair or configuration work.
Hardware purchased or installed through RebootX.net is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your devices, systems, and issues.
You are responsible for ensuring you have full permission to request service on any device or network.
For on-site visits, please ensure safe and reasonable access to your premises.
8. Remote Support
When providing remote support, you grant temporary permission for RebootX.net to access your device.
Connections are made securely and only for the duration of the session.
No software or data is accessed, copied, or stored beyond what is necessary to complete the service.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
We handle all personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Your information is used only to deliver services, process payments, and maintain communication.
We never share or sell your data to third parties except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RebootX.net’s total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for that service.
We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages, including business interruption or data loss.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact help@rebootx.net within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
